Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Returns are accepted up to 14 Days providing they are returned unused and in there original packaging, All Postage and Admin Costs incurred for delivery and return of the Item is at the buyers Cost. If the Item is received faulty or damaged then we will of course collect and replace or refund at NO extra Cost but we MUST be notified within 7 days of reciept of any Damage otherwise we cannot accept this. For items outside of the 14 days we do offer a manufacturers warranty with some products but this will be unique to each item and only covers manufacturer defects and not damage caused by the customer. Please feel free to message us if you need clarification before purchasing, if a problem occurs with your product after the initial 14 day period has elapsed (which the supply of spare parts cannot rectify) and your item does have a manufacturers warranty you can return the unit to us and we will have the manufacturer repair or if needs be replace the unit for you providing the fault is found to be a result of either a manufacturing or material defect.
- If the manufacturer finds that the problem is due to misuse or neglect they reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair and return of the Item.
- Should you need to return your product please email us and we will give you instructions unique to your Item.
Transactions Fees and Paying with Credit / Debit Cards - IMPORTANT
- PAYPAL Take all of our Payments. A transaction fee is taken from PayPal. If you cancel your order after payment is made or return an Item unwanted then your refund will be minus these Transaction fees of approximately 2.5%
- If you do not have a Paypal account, fill out your address details at the checkout screen and then click proceed to Paypal. At the Paypal screen click checkout as a guest and you can use your credit /debit card instead.
